Bayo Adebiyi - Chief Executive
A focused, passionate leader, good communicator and mentor who managed many multidisciplinary, multicultural teams of directors and commercial managers around the E&P world for SLB (Schlumberger Limited).
An E&P professional who delivered growth year on year, far exceeding objectives and solved many complex challenges with oil and gas companies. Extensive experience in the Oil and Gas industry led and transformed SLB’s Account Management.
Recently, the MD of Levene Energy’s upstream, midstream and engineering divisions grew into these areas for its sustainable future, which included renewable energy. In 2024 delivered one of the most challenging onshore well drilled in Nigeria and tested near Maiduguri in Nigeria, with excellent service delivery for NNPCL-ENSERV.
Board member of several companies and a recent refresher by completing the Financial Times of London Non-Executive Diploma Program.
Career spans over thirty years and long service with SLB, from wireline field engineer to several management roles in operations, commercial, marketing, business development, products development and finally as Vice President Global Accounts – responsible for large, medium and small E&P Companies around the world for all SLB’s business offerings and at its peak the portfolio of clients generated an annual multi-billion USD revenue. Worked and lived in several countries in Africa, Europe, the Middle East and North America.
Associate and Managing Director Androna Limited
Werner Rohracher
Managing Director of Androna Limited, a boutique advisory in the upstream O&G industry, based in the United Arab Emirates. Androna provides assistance in management consulting (restructuring, cost optimisation), M&A support in the oilfield service sector and Integrated Project support.
Werner spent 32 years with Schlumberger in international assignments in a variety of management functions, working in the Far East, Europe, CIS and the Middle East.
Werner holds a Master's degree in Petroleum Engineering from Montan University Leoben, Austria and was enrolled by Schlumberger in several executive leadership courses with Management Centre Europe and Wharton University.
Professionally, Werner was instrumental for SLB IPM in negotiating the first-ever gainshare project with an NOC, which is operational till today.
Based on several years of working as VP IPM in Moscow, he has gained thorough insight into the FSU O&G dynamics with special focus on the Stan countries (Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan).
In the UAE, he was responsible for drafting the company strategy, which was based on organic, inorganic and integrated project growth.
At the onset of the shale boom, Werner was a portfolio manager in the SLB M&A group with a focus on screening Eastern European acquisition targets to be integrated into SLB Oilfield Services.
